Kick-Ass Management

Image result for cruel king

A King had 10 wild dogs. He used them to torture & kill any minister that misguided him.

A Minister once gave an opinion that was wrong which the king didn’t like at all…
So he ordered that the Minister be thrown to the dogs.

The Minister said, "I served you loyally for 10 years & you do this..?"

The King was unrelenting.

Minister pleaded, "Please give me 10 days before you throw me to the dogs".

The King agreed.

In those 10 days, the Minister went to the keeper of the dogs & told him he wanted to serve the dogs for the next 10 days…

The Guard was baffled… But he agreed.

So the minister started feeding the dogs, caring for them, washing them, providing all sorts of comfort for them.

So when the 10 days were up…

The King ordered that the minister be thrown to the dogs as sentenced.

When he was thrown in, everyone was amazed at what they saw...
The dogs were wagging their tails playing with the condemned minister... licking his feet.

The King was baffled at what he saw, "What happened to the dogs?” He growled.

The Minister then said, "I served the dogs for only 10 days & they didn’t forget my service... I served you for 10 years & you forgot all at the first mistake”…

The King realized his mistake

WHAT AN EYE OPENING STORY

Image result for love your family

There’s a bakery shop near to our house. Often, on my way back home in the evening, I buy some stuff for the morning breakfast. Today, as I was about to leave the bakery, I met our neighbor Mr. Irfan who himself was leaving the same shop. After the exchange of some traditional greetings, the conversation went like following.

I asked: “What have you bought?”

Irfan replied: “Nothing much Hanif, just some chicken patties and some sweetmeats for my wife and children”.

Jokingly, I enquired, “Why so? Hasn't your wife cooked today?”

Irfan said: “No, Hanif, it’s not like that. Actually today in the office we were a little hungry so my colleagues ordered some patties and sweetmeats. Since I had this at the office I thought to buy some for my family too. It’s not fair that I eat whatever I like at the office while my kids and wife remain bound to eat whatever is cooked at home.”

Confounded with great surprise, I stared at him because I never thought this way before.

I said: “What’s the big deal, Irfan?  If you eat the food of your own choice at the office, your wife and children would also be having whatever they like to eat at home.”

Irfan replied: “Not at all, Hanif! My wife saves for me from everything there is. Even if someone from the neighborhood sends something, my wife first saves some for me and then distributes it among my kids. It would be very selfish if I just enjoy good things with my friends and not with my family.”

Amazed upon hearing this I said: “Enjoying? This bakery stuff is what you think is enjoyment?”

He said: “Whatever Hanif! I dread the time when on the Day of Resurrection I’ll be questioned about this. That I took someone’s daughter into marriage and had fun with my friends while she ate whatever little was available.”

Completely stunned, I couldn’t move my eyes off him while he continued.

Irfan: “Look, when we get married to someone’s sister or daughter, they are human beings as well. Just like us. They too have hunger needs. They have their desires as well. They too wish to taste lots of delicious foods or foods of their choice, to try different kinds of lovely outfits. They also want to move and travel around. Keeping them caged like a bird, providing them meals twice a day and having a sense of smugness for doing all this is selfishness. And the way we treat the daughters of others is the way our own daughters and sisters will be treated because what goes around comes around.”

His last words shook me to a great degree. I never thought like this before.  Concluding the conversation with Irfan I said, “Great! You have made me think from a different perspective.”

I turned back to the shop.

Irfan: “Where are you going?”

I replied, “To buy some ice-cream…actually, I had some ice-cream at the office today.”

Irfan and Hanif took their respective paths. Irfan was glad to have a positive impact on Hanif. On the other hand, Hanif, now, knew how to keep his wife and kids happy and acknowledge all the efforts his wife does for his happiness.

What an eye-opening story...
Wives, sisters, mothers aunts are what makes life beautiful!

A Man who treats his Wife Like A Queen. It's a Proof that His UpBringing is from A Queen.

LOVE YOUR FAMILY.

AN INSPIRING STORY OF THE PRESIDENT OF CHINA

Image result for noodles with egg

President Xi Jing Peng of China said:
.
As a small child, I was very selfish, always grab the best for myself.
Slowly, everyone left me and I had no friends. I didn’t think it was my fault and I criticize others.
.
But my father gave me 3 sentences to help me in life.
.
One day, my father cooked 2 bowls of noodles and put them. on the table.
One had an egg on top while the other bowl had none on top.
Then he asked me to choose a bowl of noodles.

Because eggs were hard to come by those days... I chose the bowl with egg!

I was congratulating myself on my wise choice/decision and decided to wallop the egg....to my surprise as my father's bowl of noodles had two eggs at the bottom of his bowl beneath the noodles!

With much regret, I scolded myself for being too hasty in my decision.

My father smiled and taught me to remember that what your eyes see may not be true.

He added that If you make a habit of *taking advantage of people, you will end up losing.
.
The next day, my father again cooked 2 bowls of noodles: one bowl with an egg on top and the other bowl with no egg on top.

Again, he asked to choose the bowl I wanted

This time I felt smarter so I chose the bowl without any egg on top.

Hmmmmmm to my surprise, there was not even a single egg at the bottom of the bowl!

Again, my father smiled and said to me, My child, you must not always rely on experiences because sometimes, life can cheat you or play tricks on you.

Never be too annoyed or sad, with situations, *just treat the experience as learning a lesson experience that cannot be gotten from any textbooks.
.
The third day, my father again cooked 2 bowls of noodles,  one bowl with an egg on top and the other with no egg on top.

He asked me to choose the bowl I wanted

But this time, I told my father, Dad, you choose first, you are the head of the family and you contribute the most to the family.

My father was happy to and choose for me

He chose the bowl with one egg on top, but as I ate my bowl of noodles, to my surprise! There were two eggs at the bottom of the bowl.
.
My father smiled at me with love in his eyes, he said my child, you must remember that when you think for the good of others, good things will always naturally happen to you.
.
I always remember these 3 sentences of my father.

The European Commission has just announced an agreement whereby English will be the official language of the European Union rather than German, which was the other possibility.

As part of the negotiations, the British Government conceded that English spelling had some room for improvement and has accepted a 5- year phase-in plan that would become known as "Euro-English".

In the first year, "s" will replace the soft "c". Sertainly, this will make the sivil servants jump with joy. The hard "c" will be dropped in favour of "k". This should klear up konfusion, and keyboards kan have one less letter.

            THE IMPORTANCE OF VOTING

While walking down the street a Philippine senator was tragically hit by a car and died.

His soul arrives in Heaven and is met by St. Peter at the entrance.  "Welcome to Heaven", says St. Peter. "Before you settle in, it seems there is a problem.  We seldom see a high official around these parts you see, so we're not sure what to do with you."

"No problem.  Just let me in," says the senator.

"Well, I'd like to, but I have orders from the higher-ups.  What we'll do is have you spend one day in Hell and one in Heaven.  Then you can choose where to spend eternity."

Image result for gates of heaven and hell

"Really?  I've made up my mind.  I want to be in Heaven," says the senator.

"I'm sorry, but we have our rules." And with that St. Peter escorts him to the elevator and he goes down, down to Hell. The doors open and he finds himself in the middle of a golf course.  In the distance, a clubhouse and standing in front of it are all his friends and other politicians who had worked with him.  Everyone is very happy and in evening dress.  They run to greet him, shake his hands and reminisce about the good times they had while getting rich at the expense of the people.  They played a friendly round of golf and then dine on lobster, maliputo, caviar, Cebu lechon, and the finest champagne.  Also present is the devil who really is a very friendly guy and who is having a good time and telling jokes.  They are all having such a good time that before the senator realizes it, it is time to go.

Image result for golf course with players

Everyone gives him a hearty farewell and waves while the elevator rises.

The elevator goes up, up and the door reopens in Heaven while St. Peter is waiting for him

"Now it's time to visit Heaven."  So, 24 hours passed with the senator joining a group of contented souls moving from cloud to cloud,  playing the harp, Cebu guitar, and singing.  They have a good time and before he realizes it the 24 hours have gone by and St. Peter returns.  "Well, then you've spent a day in Hell and another in Heaven.  Now choose your eternity.

Image result for angels playing harps in heaven

"The senator reflects for a minute before he answers: "Well, I would never have said it before, I mean Heaven has been delightful, but I think I would be better off in Hell."  So St. Peter escorts him to the elevator and he goes down, down to Hell.

Now the doors of the elevator open and he's in the middle of a barren land covered with waste and garbage.  He sees all his friends, dressed in rags picking up the trash and putting it in black bags as more trash falls from above.  The devil comes over to him and puts his arm around his shoulders.

"I don't understand," stammers the senator.

"The other day I was here and there were a golf course and clubhouse and we ate lobster, maliputo, and caviar, lechon, drank champagne and we danced and had a great time.  Now there's just a wasteland full of garbage and my friends look miserable.  What happened?",

The devil smiles at him and says, "Yesterday we were campaigning.  Today you voted".

            VOTE WISELY IN MAY 2019.

            THE PRAYING HANDS

Image result for the praying hands
The Praying Hands by Albrecht Durer

Back in the fifteenth century, in a tiny village near Nuremberg, lived a family with eighteen children. Eighteen! In order merely to keep food on the table for his big family, the father, a goldsmith by profession, worked almost eighteen hours a day at his shop and any other paying work he could find in the neighborhood. Despite their seemingly hopeless condition, two of the eldest children had a dream. They both wanted to pursue their talent for art, but they knew well that their father would never be financially able to send either of them to Nuremberg to study at the Academy.

            Image result for goldsmith

After many long discussions at night in their crowded bed, the two boys finally worked out a pact. They would toss a coin. The loser would go down into the nearby mines and with his earnings, support his brother while he attended the academy. The winner of the toss will attend the academy first and complete his study. Once, the first winner of the toss completes his study, he will help the other brother to attend the academy and support him financially by selling arts or working at the mines if necessary.

They tossed a coin on a Sunday morning after church. Albrecht Durer, one of the brother won the toss and went off to Nuremberg. Albert, the other brother went to work at the mines and for the next four years, financed his brother, whose work at the academy was almost an immediate sensation. Albrecht’s etchings, his woodcuts, and his oils were far better than most of his professors. By the time he graduated, he was beginning to earn considerable fees for his commissioned works.

File:Albrecht durer heavenly body in the night sky.jpg
            Heavenly Scene by Albrecht Durer

When the young artist returned to his village, the Durer family held a festive dinner on their lawn to celebrate Albrecht’s triumphant homecoming. After a long and memorable meal, punctuated with music and laughter, Albrecht rose from his honored position at the head of the table to drink a toast to his beloved brother for the years of sacrifice that had enabled Albrecht to fulfill his ambition. His closing words were, “And now, Albert, blessed brother of mine, now it is your turn. Now you can go to Nuremberg to pursue your dream and I will take care of you.”

All heads turned in eager expectation to the far end of the table where Albert sat, tears streaming down his pale face, shaking his lowered head from side to side while he sobbed.

Finally, Albert rose and wiped the tears from his cheeks. He glanced down the long table at the faces he loved, and then, holding his hands close to his right cheek, he said softly, “No, brother. I cannot go to Nuremberg. It is too late for me. Look what four years in the mines have done to my hands! The bones in every finger have been smashed at least once, and lately, I have been suffering from arthritis so badly in my right hand that I cannot even hold a glass to return your toast, much less make delicate lines on parchment or canvas with a pen or a brush. My brother, for me, it is too late.”

More than 450 years have passed. By now, Albrecht Durer’s hundreds of masterful portraits, pen and silver-point sketches, watercolors, charcoals, woodcuts, and copper engravings hang in every great museum in the world, but the odds are great that you, like most people, are familiar with only one of Albrecht Durer’s works. More than merely being familiar with it, you very well may have a reproduction hanging in your home or office.

One day, to pay homage to Albert for all that he had sacrificed, Albrecht Durer painstakingly drew his brother’s abused hands with palms together and thin fingers stretched skyward. He called his powerful drawing simply “Hands,” but the entire world almost immediately opened their hearts to his great masterpiece and renamed his tribute of love “The Praying Hands.”

            Moral:
The next time you see a copy of that touching creation, take a second look. Remember the sacrifice others may have made for your success in life. Always, respect them and care for them as what they could have done for themselves, they did that for your happiness.

Breathtaking truth about cancer......please read carefully and share to your dear ones

believe it or not but after reading this article you will also say that cancer is not a disease but is just a deficiency and a source of income for the therapists. Since a few years, cancer is being shown as the most increasing disease worldwide. For its cure Kimotherapy, surgeries and other treatments are used which are not only costly but also prove to be dangerous to patients.

But now if we say that there is no such disease like cancer, you won't believe, but yes, it's true. Defining cancer it is a disease caused by an uncontrolled division of abnormal cells in a part of the body, being harmful it is also a good source of income.

But on this topic, there is a book, A World Without Cancer by
            G. Edward Griffin
click on the image below to view the book
Image result for a world without cancer

If you are not able to view the book than click here

This book shows most of the precautions and cure for cancer and has been translated into many languages worldwide. This book claims that cancer is not a disease but instead is a deficiency of Vitamin B17 in the body. You should know the fact that cancer is not a disease but is just a deficiency of Vitamin B17 in the body, nothing more, and this deficiency is known as cancer. This deficiency is established as a business in the medical field which provides less benefit to the patient as compared to the doctors.

Before jumping to direct conclusions we should know what exactly cancer and Vitamin B17 is. As on the part of cancer, it is a disease caused by an uncontrolled division of abnormal cells in a part of the body, coming to the vitamin part, "Vitamin B12, also known as cobalamin, is a water-soluble vitamin essential to cell production, deoxyribonucleic acid (DNA) synthesis and neurologic function. It is required as a coenzyme for the metabolism of amino acids methionine, threonine, and valine as well as the formation of tetrahydrofolate which is necessary for DNA synthesis. Common signs and symptoms of vitamin B12 deficiency include neurologic dysfunction such as gait instability, paresthesias, mental status changes, skin changes, diarrhea, pallor, weakness, depression, and fatigue".

Now because cancer is a deficiency of a vitamin in the body, so by fulfilling it we can reduce its effects and can save ourselves,  and at some stage, we also may cure it. This case is similar to the one years back when a disease named scurvy broke out and many people died due to this disease, but afterward, in research, it was found that scurvy was a deficiency of Vitamin C and could be cured by Vitamin supplements.

Cancer is just a vitamin deficiency, but you need not fear or lose your mental peace, just you need to understand the situation and work according to it.

To fulfill the vitamin you always need not take a huge amount of vitamin supplements, some beneficial and good food items can help you. Some of these are Apricots, Apple, Peach, Pears, Faliyas, sprouted pulses, and Almonds, these may prove very beneficial for the deficiency.

Other than these patients should also eat strawberry, blueberry, blackberry, flaxseed, barley, oats, brown rice, pumpkin, sorghum (juwar), sprouted wheat, buckwheat, millet, cashews, dried fruits, these are also a good source of vitamin B17. By including them in your daily diet you can fulfill the vitamin deficiency.
